  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Green onions, for garnish
Directions
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix miso paste, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil for the marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the miso-ginger marinade over the salmon, ensuring it coats the fillets evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  • Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  • During grilling, baste the salmon with the remaining marinade.
  • Ensure the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a slightly caramelized exterior.
