  • 1½ pounds ground lamb
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, fine chop
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Red onion rings
Directions
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine lamb, feta, mint, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Grill the patties for about 4-5 min per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • In the last minute of cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill.
  • Spread a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lamb patty on top of the sauce.
  • Add fresh lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onion rings.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
