  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place the chops in a dish or a resealable plastic bag. Coat them evenly with the marinade, ensuring they are well-covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness. Baste with the remaining marinade during grilling for added flavor.
  • Allow the chops to rest for a few minutes before serving.
