  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush each breast with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated. Dredge the oiled chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the mixture onto the chicken to adhere.
  • Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  • Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
